Levy Restaurants at The University of Wisconsin Madison is seeking a Student Athlete Dining Supervisor to oversee the daily dining operations for the UW Madison student athlete program. You will manage a dedicated team to ensure seamless service from setup to breakdown and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership experience in food service or similar setting.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent personal hygiene andprofessional demeanor.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of UW Madison student athlete dining program.
• Supervise staff to ensure tasks, quality standards, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with nutritionists, culinary staff and other departments to ensure service.
• Log and maintain food temperatures to ensure safety standards.
• Organize transportation of food and equipment to alternate serving sites.
