Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Student Athlete Dining Attendant to support Camp Randall Stadium operations at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. You will help provide a quality dining experience for student athletes, working in a fast-paced team setting and ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Anticipated start date in August. You will transport food, monitor quality, maintain temperatures, restock supplies, and follow sanitation procedures to ensure safe service.

Qualifications

• Must obtain ServSafe Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible to work AM and PM shifts, including summer and fall.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Transport hot and cold boxes of food to ensure efficient service.
• Monitor food quality and quantity, keep the line stocked and clean.
• Maintain safe food temperatures and sanitation throughout service.
• Remove leftover food and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean the food line before, during, and after meals.
• Prepare for next service and ensure items are ready.
• Restock paper goods, dry foods, and condiments as needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean work environment.
• Complete additional duties to ensure smooth service operations.
