Job summary

Compass Group USA at Camp Randall Stadium & The Kohl Center Arena is seeking a Student Athlete Dining Cook to provide nutritious, high‑quality meals to UW–Madison student‑athletes. You’ll follow standardized recipes, meet safety standards, and work in a fast‑paced team environment.

Shifts include 4am–12pm, 7am–3pm and 2pm–10pm with full‑time and part‑time options. ServSafe and Alcohol Safety certifications are preferred, with benefits offered through Levy.

Qualifications

• Culinary experience required with strong kitchen operations knowledge.
• Must be willing to obtain ServSafe Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Safety Certification.
• Team player with positive attitude and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality meals per recipes and schedules.
• Serve meals and portions, ensure proper temperatures and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
• Manage inventory, storage, and safe handling of food.
• Operate and report on equipment safely and promptly.
• Attend safety meetings and collaborate with team and supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
