Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in educational counseling, psychology, sociology, student personnel services, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic advisement to student athletes and monitor progress per NCAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with coaches and athletic departments to enhance support services for student athletes.
• Manage data collection and distribute information related to student athlete academic performance.
• Participate in student athlete recruitment activities.
