  • Troubleshoot day-to-day building issues; restock office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Assist with events, including setup and teardown under supervision.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by office supervisors.

Job Details:

Purpose

Student Associates within the School of Civic Leadership will assist the school with clerical work including building coordination, package sorting, organization, data entry, event set up, and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • May assist with processing payments,reimbursements, and Request for Travel Authorization (RTAs)for the School of Civic Leadership via internal processing system.
  • Building coordination of the Littlefield Home, Carriage House, and FAC 2.106 & 2.100- including package acceptance and distribution, tech pick up and return with LAITS, work order placements, mail sorting and distribution.
  • Greet and assist visitors having exceptional customer service skills. Direct visitors to appropriate faculty and staff upon request.
  • Troubleshoot day to day building issues, order and restock office andhospitalitysupplies as needed; maintain inventory.
  • Assist with events, including setup, teardown, and general cleanup as directed by the events team; approved by supervisor.
  • Other additional duties as assigned by office supervisors, depending on the needs of the office.
Required Qualifications

Current UT student in good academic standing.

Salary Range

$17.00/hr
