Job Description

Anatomy Tutor The University of Oklahoma HSC is looking for an Anatomy Student Assistant to join the team for Summer 2025!

Duties:

• Work up to 30 hours a week, tutoring students in program related coursework.
• Focus on helping students integrate the course and lab content such that they can understand the material and apply their knowledge during each particular course and future courses.
• Perform various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.

Job Requirements

Required education: Must be currently enrolled in a combination of two terms as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

• Must attach Fall, Spring, and/or Summer OU class schedule
• Must have earned a B or higher in the specific course or have been awarded a degree in that area.

Skills:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Ability to build rapport with guests, students, faculty and staff
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations in a calm and professional manner
