University Advancement is seeking a versatile Student Assistant to support both front-desk operations and divisional mailroom logistics. This dual role is responsible for providing a professional first impression by greeting guests and managing inquiries, while also handling the technical and physical aspects of advancement operations. Key duties include managing incoming and outgoing mail, performing campus mail runs, accurately entering or updating constituent information—such as addresses and phone numbers—for the Gifts and Records team, and coordinating office activities.
Work assignments are completed under close supervision. Procedures are well established. Employees typically follow well-defined policies and procedures.
Valid US Driver's License Minimal training or prior knowledge of work is required.
For Fall 2026 we are specifically seeking candidates with availability Tuesday and/or Thursday mornings, and/or anytime Wednesday.
