This part-time employee will interact with a wide variety of staff while supporting all of the administrative functions of the EOL Directorate as requested.

Work Location: Regardless of flexible work arrangements, UCAR requires ALL positions to be performed within the U.S., excluding U.S. Territories. The work location is the Foothills campus in Boulder
General office support including record-keeping, photocopying, archiving, scheduling appointments and meeting rooms, preparing administrative forms and documents, arranging and reconciling official travel, sorting and distributing mail, and providing support of all of the administrative functions of the EOL Directorate as requested.
Education & Experience REQUIRED: Currently enrolled in college, university or professional school.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) in a networked environment. Ability to pay close attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with all levels of personnel. Ability to multitask, switch priorities, be flexible, and collaborate with colleagues. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to work 10-15 hours per week on a set schedule and more during school breaks. Discretion in handling confidential information. Willingness to ask questions and seek clarification. Ability to follow moderately complex procedures/practices.
Hiring Hourly Rate: $23.81 per hour *Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role.*
