Reports To: Barbara Watts, Director of Career Services
Job Summary/Objective: To assist the office of Career Services in their work with students. This position will provide marketing support, events management assistance, LinkedIn headshots for students, and general office support.
Position Type/Expected Work Hours: Hours are flexible but need to be worked between 9 am 5 pm, Monday-Friday. Some evenings may be required for special events. Average of 10 hours per week.

Work Environment: Office setting, working with computers and patrons.
Physical Demands: Able to file materials, able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, able to assist with setting up for events, able to secure van driver certification to transport students to events.
Travel: Some off-site for career services events (job and graduate school fairs) at neighboring institutions. No overnight travel is required. The class schedule will be taken into consideration.

Required Qualifications:
