University of West Georgia is seeking a Student Assistant - Facility Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fitness equipment at the UWG Recruiting Location, ensuring safe operation for all users.
The position is part-time (10–15 hrs/wk) and temporary. Applicants must be a current UWG student enrolled in at least 6 credit hours and have First Aid/CPR/AED certification or obtain it within one month of hire. Strong teamwork and basic computer skills are required.

Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains all fitness equipment including spin bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, weight equipment, free weights, and other fitness equipment, as directed to ensure the safety of all equipment users.
