Job summary

ASU Enterprise Partners is seeking a Data Integrity Student Assistant to support Alumni Engagement by cleaning, recording, and reporting alumni data while protecting privacy. You will work 15–20 hours per week, primarily on front-end data hygiene and Salesforce tasks.

Responsibilities include updating Thrive subscriptions, loading and matching contact records in Advancement Salesforce, and assisting with reports and outreach projects.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and understanding of data integrity and hygiene.
• Ability to research, follow clues, and locate appropriate record matches.
• Familiarity with data privacy and protection requirements (FERPA training required).
• Proficient in MS Excel (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP).
• Comfort with data and database structures.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work well with others.

• Work daily on Enterprise Salesforce cases to update Advancement Salesforce (Alumni) records—including Thrive subscription updates, chapter mailing lists, and alumni inbox cases.
• Process ‘Update Your Info’ leads to load updated contact information into Advancement Salesforce.
• Manually match large Excel lists to Advancement Salesforce records for database loading.
• Assist with departmental projects such as Sun Devil Rewards contact research, on-site event promotions, and new graduate audience outreach.
• Contribute to constituent reporting and audience estimation efforts.

The role focuses on front‑end cleaning, recording, and reporting of data, ensuring privacy protection and accurate record matching. It requires 15‑20 hours per week with additional availability during the school year.

What You’ll Do

• Work daily on Enterprise Salesforce cases to update Advancement Salesforce (Alumni) records—including Thrive subscription updates, chapter mailing lists, and alumni inbox cases.
• Process ‘Update Your Info’ leads to match and load updated contact information into Advancement Salesforce.
