The University of Georgia is seeking a versatile team member to assist faculty and staff with greenhouse, research and field plots, indoors and outdoors, with occasional travel to research sites.
You will support extension and teaching activities, handle nursery and lab duties, and help prepare teaching materials for a weed science lab.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED; strong communication and basic computer skills are essential; training will be provided.

It will also help with extension and teaching activities. The role requires working indoors and outdoors with minimal supervision and may involve intermittent out-of-town travel to research plots. Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software is a plus.
Lift up to 50 pounds and work in inclement weather, as needed (e.g., rain, snow, heat, cold).
