Under the supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor II, the incumbent provides service desk support, including daily phone coverage, emails, ServiceNow service request submission and tracking for all ITD customers. Support includes applications, software, and IT equipment troubleshooting. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, iPhones, laptops, desktops, tablets, and video conferencing is required. Assist with Secure File Transfer Protocol and asset tracking.
This position offers hybrid telework, requiring at least two days in-person weekly, increasing to four days starting July 1, 2025, per Executive Order N-22-25.

The California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, autism, and related conditions, through various state-operated and community facilities.
