Job summary

ASU Enterprise Partners seeks a Student Assistant, Data Integrity to support Alumni Engagement by maintaining ASU alumni and affiliate contact records. The role focuses on front-end data cleaning, recording, and reporting for ongoing engagement campaigns, requiring high attention to detail and privacy awareness.

The student will work 15-20 hours per week with additional availability during the school year, collaborating with the team on projects and reporting while applying basic Excel skills

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and understanding of data integrity and privacy for data entry.
• Ability to research, infer records, and locate appropriate matches.
• FERPA training is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Process daily Enterprise Salesforce cases to update Alumni records.
• Match and load updated contact info to Advancement Salesforce.
• Manually reconcile large Excel lists to Advancement records for loading.
• Support Sun Devil Rewards contact record research and event promotions.
• Assist with constituent reporting and audience estimates.
