Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking a Student Analyst to support ABA programs in centers or home settings. You will assist with hours accrual, exam prep, and coursework support under BCBA guidance.

You will collect data, implement behavior plans, and provide one-on-one support to children with ASD while maintaining a safe environment.

This role offers $26.00 per hour (experience-based) with a $1,000 signing bonus after 60 days, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field; BCaBA coursework or RBT supervision hours criteria.
• Current RBT certification with BACB registration.
• Available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills (motor, hygiene, daily living).
• Get up/down off floor often and move quickly.
• Learn new things daily and provide the best quality care.
