Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking a part-time Student Analyst to support RBT services in our centers or client homes. You will assist with data collection, implement behavior plans under BCBA guidance, and help with hours accrual and exam prep.

Earn $26.00 per hour (varies with RBT experience) with a $1,000 bonus after 60 days, paid drive time, PTO, and opportunities for growth. Flexible evenings/weekends may apply and full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field with BCaBA course hours.
• Must maintain a current RBT certification through the BACB.
• Interest in working Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child and support client goals.
• Implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with ASD.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
