Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to work onsite in centers or home settings in North Carolina. The role offers $18.50–$24.00 per hour, plus a $1,000 bonus after 60 days and additional benefits.

You will implement behavior plans under BCBA guidance, collect data, and provide one-on-one support to children with ASD. Ideal candidates hold an RBT certificate, a psychology or ABA-related degree, and are available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress.
• Ability to implement and monitor individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
