Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking part-time Student Analysts to work onsite in centers or home settings, supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA guidance. The role includes data collection, implementing behavior plans, and promoting essential life skills.

Eligible candidates include those pursuing ABA coursework with supervision hours; RBT certification is required and a $1,000 bonus is offered after 60 days of employment, plus paid time off and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field with course sequence for BCaBA OR
• Master's ABA coursework with required supervision hours and fieldwork conditions
• Must maintain a current RBT certification with BACB

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with ASD
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
• Help children develop life skills and daily living routines

Education
