Job summary

ABS Kids seeks a Student Analyst to support children with autism by implementing behavior plans and collecting progress data. The role offers part-time, on-site work in centers or home settings, with guidance from BCBA professionals.

You will assist with hours accrual, exam prep, and related coursework support while gaining hands-on ABA experience. Requirements include RBT certification and a BCBA-directed supervision hours plan, with mornings to evenings availability and a focus on developing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field with required supervision hours stated.
• Current RBT certification through BACB.
• Masters of ABA coursework sequence completed or in progress with required supervision hours.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to children with ASD.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help children develop essential life skills (daily living, hygiene, social/emotional).
• Learn and adapt daily, work independently to provide quality care.

$1,000 bonus for experienced, certified Registered Behavior Technicians. Immediate part-time positions available working onsite in centers or home settings. You Will

• Make a difference in the life of a child!
• Implement individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) under their guidance
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/ emotional skills
• Get up/ down off floor often, move quickly
• Learn new things every day, work independently and provide the best quality care to the kids we serve

You Have

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field, completed the course sequence for the BCaBA AND have a minimum of 300 unrestricted supervision hours if doing concentrated fieldwork or 400 unrestricted supervision hours if doing supervised fieldwork OR
• Must be currently enrolled in or have completed a verified Masters of ABA coursework sequence through an accredited university AND have a minimum of 650 unrestricted supervision hours if doing concentrated fieldwork or 865 unrestricted supervision hours if doing supervised fieldwork.
• Must maintain a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
• Interested in working Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm
