Job summary

All Together Autism in North Carolina seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home behavioral support under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect client progress data, and be the primary one-to-one resource for clients and families.

The role offers $22-$28 per hour with guaranteed up to 30 hours weekly, and both full-time and part-time positions are available. A comprehensive benefit package is provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
• Experience as an RBT in home or center-based ABA with children.
• Experience with children ages 2–12 years.
• Reliable transportation; able to work in multiple settings: home, community, school, center.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home behavioral support under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement personalized behavior intervention plans and collect data.
• Serve as primary one-to-one resource for clients and families.
• Support children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
