Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking a Student Analyst to support children with autism in centers or home settings. This part-time role offers a $1,000 bonus after 60 days and a $26.00/hour wage, with shifts expected 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.

You will assist with ABA data collection, implement plans under BCBA guidance, and help children gain essential life skills. The position emphasizes flexible scheduling and opportunities for early career development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field with required BCaBA supervision hours/fieldwork hours
• Masters of ABA coursework sequence completed or in progress with required supervision hours
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with BACB maintenance

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child.
• Implement individualized behavior plans under guidance of BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with ASD.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social skills.
• Assist with floor activities and mobility as needed.
• Learn new things daily, work independently, and provide quality care.
