Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking a part-time Student Analyst to support children with autism in centers or home settings. You will assist BCBA-guided behavior plans, collect data on client progress, and provide one-on-one support to children with ASD.

The role emphasizes creating a safe environment, promoting essential life skills, and working a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with on-site responsibilities. Additional benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field with BCBA/BCaBA supervision hours as applicable.
• Current RBT certification required.
• Availability Monday–Friday, standard daytime hours (8–9 to 5–6).
• Experience with data collection and implementation of behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child.
• Implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Collect and record client behavior data and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with ASD.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help children develop life skills (motor, hygiene, daily living, social).
