ABS Kids seeks a part-time RBT-focused role for centers or home settings in the United States. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and provide one-on-one support to children with autism under BCBA guidance.

The position offers a $26.00 per hour pay rate (dependent on RBT experience), a $1,000 bonus after 60 days, and additional benefits including paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and premium pay for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field.
• Must maintain a current RBT certification.
• BCaBA/ABA coursework supervision hours as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans designed by BCBA guidance.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with ASD.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help develop essential life skills and daily living routines.
