Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking a Student Analyst to support ABA services in centers or home settings in North Carolina. The position is part-time and on-site, offering $26.00 per hour and a $1,000 bonus after 60 days.

You will receive coursework support, hours accrual assistance, and exam prep, among other benefits. Under supervision, you will help collect data, implement individualized behavior plans, and provide one-on-one support to children with ASD while ensuring a positive, safe environment that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in psychology or related field with BCaBA supervision hours.
• RBT certification maintained and active.
• Open to working Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child.
• Implement data-driven behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Collect and record client behavior and progress data.
• Provide one-on-one support to children with ASD.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Assist in developing essential life skills and daily living tasks.
