Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking part-time RBT-certified analysts to support children with autism in centers or home settings. You will implement BCBA-designed behavior plans, collect progress data, and provide one-on-one support in a safe environment.

The role emphasizes skill-building in daily living and communication. Applicants should hold an RBT, be enrolled in or have completed ABA coursework with required supervision hours, and be available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field with required supervision hours (300/400 depending on fieldwork).
• Current or completed verified Masters of ABA coursework sequence with required supervision hours (650/865 depending on fieldwork).
• Must maintain a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Interested in working Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child.
• Implement individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by BCBA guidance.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills.

You Will

• Make a difference in the life of a child!
• Implement individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) under their guidance
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/ emotional skills
• Get up/ down off floor often, move quickly
• Learn new things every day, work independently and provide the best quality care to the kids we serve

You Have

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field, completed the course sequence for the BCaBA AND have a minimum of 300 unrestricted supervision hours if doing concentrated fieldwork or 400 unrestricted supervision hours if doing supervised fieldwork OR
• Must be currently enrolled in or have completed a verified Masters of ABA coursework sequence through an accredited university AND have a minimum of 650 unrestricted supervision hours if doing concentrated fieldwork or 865 unrestricted supervision hours if doing supervised fieldwork.
• Must maintain a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
• Interested in working Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm
