Job summary

ABS Kids is hiring a Student Analyst to support ABA services. You will implement behavior plans designed by BCBA professionals, collect data on client progress, and provide one-on-one support to children with ASD in center or home settings.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, compassionate care, and collaboration with a BCBA team to help kids reach learning goals and develop essential skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field; BCaBA supervision hours completed or equivalent.
• Must maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• Available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.

As a Student Analyst with ABS Kids you will receive support through coursework, assist with hours accrual, exam prep, and more.

You Will:

• Make a difference in the life of a child!
• Implement individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) under their guidance
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/ emotional skills
• Get up/ down off floor often, move quickly
• Learn new things every day, work independently and provide the best quality care to the kids we serve

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field, completed the course sequence for the BCaBA AND have a minimum of 300 unrestricted supervision hours if doing concentrated fieldwork or 400 unrestricted supervision hours if doing supervised fieldwork ORMust be currently enrolled in or have completed a verified Masters of ABA coursework sequence through an accredited university AND have a minimum of 650 unrestricted supervision hours if doing concentrated fieldwork or 865 unrestricted supervision hours if doing supervised fieldwork.
• Must maintain a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
• Interested in working Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm
