Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking a Student Analyst to support coursework, assist with data accrual, and help with exam preparation in a pediatric ABA environment.

You will implement behavior plans under BCBA guidance, collect client data, and provide one-on-one support for children with ASD, promoting safety and growth in daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field and required supervision hours.
• RBT certification maintained.
• Interest in working Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with ASD.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help children develop essential life skills (motor, hygiene, daily living).
• Learn new things daily and work independently to provide quality care.
• Move with ease to assist children as needed.

Job description

Job Requirements: $1,000 bonus for experienced, certified Registered Behavior Technicians. Immediate part-time positions available working onsite in centers or home settings.

As a Student Analyst with ABS Kids you will receive support through coursework, assist with hours accrual, exam prep, and more.

You Will

• Make a difference in the life of a child!
• Implement individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) under their guidance
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/ emotional skills
• Get up/ down off floor often, move quickly
• Learn new things every day, work independently and provide the best quality care to the kids we serve

You Have

• Bachelor‘s degree in psychology or related field, completed the course sequence for the BCaBA AND have a minimum of 300 unrestricted supervision hours if doing concentrated fieldwork or 400 unrestricted supervision hours if doing supervised fieldwork OR
• Must be currently enrolled in or have completed a verified Masters of ABA coursework sequence through an accredited university AND have a minimum of 650 unrestricted supervision hours if doing concentrated fieldwork or 865 unrestricted supervision hours if doing supervised fieldwork.
• Must maintain a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
• Interested in working Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm
