Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking a Student Analyst to support ABA programs in centers or home settings. You will receive coursework guidance, assist with hours accrual, exam prep, and related duties.

You will implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance, collect and record client data, and provide one-on-one support to children with ASD to build essential life skills in a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field required.
• Verified Masters of ABA coursework sequence preferred.
• RBT certification must be maintained.

$1,000 bonus for experienced, certified Registered Behavior Technicians. Immediate part-time positions available working onsite in centers or home settings.

You Will

• Make a difference in the life of a child!
• Implement individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) under their guidance
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one‑on‑one support to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/ emotional skills
• Get up/ down off floor often, move quickly
• Learn new things every day, work independently and provide the best quality care to the kids we serve

You Have

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field, completed the course sequence for the BCaBA AND have a minimum of 300 unrestricted supervision hours if doing concentrated fieldwork or 400 unrestricted supervision hours if doing supervised fieldwork OR
• Must be currently enrolled in or have completed a verified Masters of ABA coursework sequence through an accredited university AND have a minimum of 650 unrestricted supervision hours if doing concentrated fieldwork or 865 unrestricted supervision hours if doing supervised fieldwork.
• Must maintain a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
• Interested in working Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm
