Job summary

Davenport University is seeking a (Student) Advancement & Alumni Engagement Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Advancement team, focusing on marketing communications and event execution. The role offers real-world experience in alumni relations, marketing, and event planning.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours as an undergraduate or 3 credit hours as a graduate student.
• Experience in office, marketing, or event-planning settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support management of social media channels and maintain content calendar.
• Coordinate communications for the Alumni Mentor Network and manage database updates.
• Assist with organizing alumni and donor engagement events.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate donor records.
• Execute special research assignments to support the Advancement team.
