Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in social work, human services, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Two years of experience in human services or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license and approval required by the College’s liability insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Provides one-on-one needs assessment and develops written student service plans for goals and case notes.
• Conducts regular meetings for caseload to support academic success and retention.
• Cultivates relationships with internal departments to provide resources and guidance to students.
• Oversees data collection and analysis to determine withdrawal and completion rates and retention strategies.
• Aids students in self-advocacy by attending meetings with staff and off-campus resources.
• Attends staffing case management meetings to assess progress and address challenges.
• Assists with program events, workshops, and meetings.
