University Advisor role supporting students who are currently or formerly incarcerated and facing housing insecurity. Provides advisement, case management, crisis response, outreach, and referrals to secure housing while pursuing education goals.

Collaborates with campus departments, community organizations, and staff to advocate for academic success and address barriers to retention and well-being.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree in a related field with coursework in counseling techniques, interviewing, and conflict resolution.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Proficiency with computers and common office suites (Word, Excel, Google Suite).

Responsibilities
