Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and professional experience in human services or social services programs.
• Experience supervising student workers and coordinating staff schedules would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical case management to students experiencing crisis and non-crisis concerns.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and evaluation of student employees.
• Coordinate with faculty, staff, families, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in emergency response and Dean On-Call rotations as required.
