Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and six years' related experience required.
  • Preferred: Master's in Higher Education Administration, Counseling, Student Affairs or related field.
  • Familiarity with FERPA, the Clery Act, Title IV programs and student disciplinary/policies.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate policies to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operations of the student conduct process for the college.
  • Investigate incident reports and policy violations under applicable laws and bylaws.
  • Track and maintain student conduct records and reports.
  • Oversee disciplinary committees and ensure due process compliance.
  • Develop holistic approaches to student conduct; manage SAP and Title IV processes.
  • Supervise staff and collaborate with Academic Affairs, Public Safety and central administration.
