Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in student conduct, residence life, or alcohol education.
• Familiarity with FERPA, Clery, and related laws.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced urban environment.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate cases and determine outcomes within Dean's Discipline.
• Develop alternate resolutions including mediation and restorative justice.
• Oversee onboarding, evidence gathering, and interviews for cases.
• Maintain appeal documents and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
