Trinity Washington University is seeking a dynamic Student Advisor & Program Coordinator for the School of Education. The role combines intake advising, student support, and program coordination for both graduate and undergraduate education students.

Responsibilities include coordinating field placements, assisting licensure processes, managing meetings and data for accreditation, and reporting to leadership. Requires a Master’s degree and experience in academic advising.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• 1–2 years of progressive academic advising experience at a college or university.
• Experience with data collection, database management, and data reporting.
• Experience with adult learners preferred.
• Experience in PreK-12 education sector a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review transcripts and advise on courses and transfer credits with Deans input.
• Coordinate admissions transitions and intake for new students.
• Be first contact for pre-enrollment intake and assist with course registration.
• Oversee Academic Plan progress and meet with students each semester.
• Coordinate field and student teaching placements and maintain records.
