Paul Mitchell The School Sarasota is hiring an Admissions Advisor to guide prospective Future Professionals through the enrollment journey and into career placement after graduation. This fast-paced role requires a proactive, goal-driven individual with a strong sales background and a customer-focused mindset in a busy cosmetology school.

You will manage leads, maintain accurate data in our CRM, and collaborate with a supportive team while upholding the Be Nice culture.

• Must have strong sales background and the ability to manage goal-driven daily tasks efficiently and professionally.
• Self-motivated to meet enrollment goals.
• Excellent organizational and communications skills.
• Background check is performed for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Guide prospective Future Professionals through the enrollment process and through career placement after graduation.
• Meet and exceed monthly/weekly enrollment goals.
• Maintain timely follow-up with all leads according to established processes.
• Maintain database in an organized, error-free manner.
