The role oversees all phases of the admissions process, ensuring integrity and compliance with state, federal, company, and accreditation policies. Strong communication, organization, and goal-driven mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have previous face-to-face sales, marketing or customer service experience.
• Quality voice skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and in person.
• Strong organization skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit initiative as a self-starter.
• Possess a strong drive to achieve assigned goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Admissions experience in a post-secondary college or university is preferred or experience in the beauty industry.
• A High School Diploma required with some college credits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the enrollment process and necessary documentation for inquiry tracking.
• Reach out to prospective students via telephone, email or text message to provide information or schedule appointments.
• Forecasts new incoming students by program to aid in classroom capacity planning.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to address any questions or concerns.
• Engage in recruitment and enrollment activities such as open houses, community and high school presentations, career days, etc.
• Enter all admissions activities into database accurately and timely.
• Cultivate a positive work environment prioritizing student need and fostering teamwork across departments.
• Actively participates in training and development
• Upholds honesty and professionalism at all times
• Performs other duties as assigned
