Position will be in-office at our corporate office located in Centerville, Utah. You’ll be responsible for timely support of student application processing in compliance with government and management directives.
Provide timely student application processing to provide prospective student outreach, application processing, and background submission.
Interview interested candidates and obtain required information; ensure all documents required to support eligibility are obtained, properly completed and included in the applicant's folder.
Maintain accountability logs of organizations contacted, individuals contacted, referrals to screening agencies and subsequent enrollments.
Coordinate with leadership and DOL personnel to ensure Job Corps Outreach & Admissions contract compliance, audits and assessments.
Follow established plans, procedures, systems, goals and objectives to ensure Job Corp Outreach & Admissions contract compliance and achievement of DOL established outcomes
Meet or exceed student admissions goals each month.
Stay current with center statistics and maintain continuous contact with the center to coordinate efforts, discuss problems and develop resolutions.
Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field; or associate’s degree and two years related experience required.
Must have knowledge and experience using Microsoft 365 Office Suite and/or personal computer systems. Preferred experience with Oracle Fusion, applicant tracking system, and ticketing software solution.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team effort. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.
