Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or prior office experience is required.
• Attention to detail, excellent oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are critical.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately; working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, and the Internet; learn new programs.
• Promote service and support to others in a ministry fashion; be flexible; work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative paperwork for programs and special projects.
• Help plan and execute events, including handling on-site logistics; some evenings and weekends.
• Provide research assistance.
• Respond to emails or answer telephones in a pleasant, professional manner.
• Provide information to people inquiring about the seminary.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Dean's Office to assist operations and mission.
• Stock classrooms in HHC Library weekly.
• Cover the reception desk weekly during the academic year; oversee the receptionist area.
