Job summary

Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) is seeking a Student Worker I in College Station, TX to provide general administrative support, perform data entry into the Task Force database, scan documents, and attach files. This on-site role reports to the Agency Training Coordinator and helps with class enrollment and records.

Candidates must be enrolled as undergraduates and have a high school diploma or GED, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and enrolled in an undergrad program.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Texas Task Force.
• Perform data entry into the Task Force database and attach documents.
• Scan and attach documents; enter classes into the student records system; assist with retention and destruction of documents.
