Job summary

You will also manage event representation, inventories, and reporting, collaborating with the APSS and Activity Director to support student organizations and district guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all elections and certify results to the APSS.
• Approve candidates for club offices; screen candidates with disciplinary records.
• Train officers and members in handling their offices and guide club operation.
• Submit constitution or charter for new organizations to the APSS.
• Approve club announcements, meeting dates, activities, flyers, etc.
• Be present at every meeting, social event, and fundraising activity.
• Prepare an annual inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Complete forms and reports as directed in the Handbook.
• Consult with the APSS for smooth club functioning.
• Represent your club at Activity Night and Booster Award Night when required.
• Ensure representation at Presidents Council Meetings.
• Follow all guidelines in the Handbook.
• Coordinate with APSS/Activity Director to access Skyward accounts.
