Job summary

Glenbard Township High School District 87 is seeking a Student Activities Supervisor to oversee all student organization activities and elections. You will certify results, approve candidates, and train officers to ensure smooth operation of clubs.

Collaborate with the Assistant Principal for Student Services and the Activity Director to maintain compliance with policies and to represent clubs at council meetings and events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise all elections for student organizations and certify results to the APSS.
• Approve candidates for each club office before elections.
• Train officers and members in handling of their offices.
• Submit constitutions or charters to the APSS when needed.
• Approve all club announcements, meetings, activities, flyers, and apparel.
• Be present at meetings, social events, and fundraisers.
• Maintain annual inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Complete forms and reports as directed in the Student Activities Handbook.
• Coordinate with APSS to access Skyward accounts.
• Represent the club at events and ensure participation in Presidents Council.
