Glenbard East High School in Lombard, IL is seeking a position to supervise student activities. You will oversee elections, certify results, approve candidates, and train student officers in club operations. Responsabilités

• Supervise all elections and certify results to the APSS.
• Approve candidates for club offices; disqualify those with significant disciplinary records.
• Train officers and guide club operations.
• Submit organizational constitutions to the APSS when needed.
• Approve announcements, meeting dates, flyers and related items.
• Be present at meetings, social events and fund-raisers.
• Maintain annual equipment and supplies inventory.
• Complete forms and reports per the Student Activities Handbook.
• Consult with the APSS for smooth club functioning.
• Represent club/activity at events and ensure Presidents Council participation.
• Coordinate with APSS to access Skyward accounts.
