Responsibilities

• Supervise all elections and certify results to the APSS.
• Approve all candidates for club offices before elections.
• Train officers and members in handling offices and guide club operations.
• Submit the constitution or charter to APSS when first organized.
• Approve all club announcements, meeting dates, activities, flyers, shirts, etc.
• Be present at every meeting, social event, and fund-raiser during the school year.
• Make an annual inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Complete forms and reports as directed in the Student Activities Handbook.
• Consult with the APSS for smooth club functioning.
• Represent your club at Activity Night and Booster Award Night as needed.
• Ensure representation at Presidents Council Meetings.
• Follow guidelines in the Student Activities Handbook and policies.
• Coordinate with APSS or Activity Director to access Skyward accounts.
