Responsibilities

• Supervise all elections and certify results to the APSS.
• Approve candidates for each club office before elections.
• Train officers and members in handling club offices.
• Submit organization constitutions to APSS when first organized.
• Approve club announcements, meetings, activities, flyers, and merchandise.
• Be present at meetings, social events, and fundraisers.
• Annual inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Complete forms and reports as directed in the handbook.
• Consult with APSS for smooth club operation.
• Represent the club at Activity Night and Booster events.
• Ensure representation at Presidents Council Meetings.
• Follow guidelines in Student Activity and Convenience Funds Handbook.
• Coordinate with APSS to access Skyward accounts.
