Responsibilities

• Supervise all elections and certify results to the APSS.
• Approve all candidates for club offices before elections.
• Train officers and members in handling their offices.
• Submit the constitution or charter to the APSS when organized.
• Approve club announcements, meeting dates, activities, flyers, etc.
• Be present at meetings, social events, and fund-raisers.
• Inventory equipment and supplies annually.
• Complete forms and reports as directed in handbooks.
• Consult with APSS for smooth club operation.
• Represent club at Activity Night and Booster events.
• Ensure representation at Presidents Council Meetings.
• Coordinate access to Skyward accounts with APSS/Activity Director.
