The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with the Assistant Principal for Student Services and activity directors. Presence at events is expected throughout the school year.

Formación

• Ability to supervise student organizations and elections.
• Ability to certify election results and approve candidates.
• Experience training student officers and guiding club operations.
• Familiarity with school policies and the Student Activities Handbook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain records and prepare reports as directed.
• Ability to coordinate with administrators and APSS.
• Knowledge of Skyward access for accounts where needed.
• Willingness to attend meetings and events as required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all elections and certify results with APSS.
• Approve club office candidates before elections.
• Train officers and members in handling their roles.
• Submit constitution/charter documentation when a group forms.
• Approve club announcements, dates, and materials.
• Be present at meetings, events, and fundraisers.
• Maintain annual inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Complete forms and reports per the Handbook.
• Consult with APSS for smooth club operations.
• Represent the club at Activity Night and Booster events.
• Ensure representation at Presidents Council meetings.
• Follow guidelines in the Handbook and policies.
• Coordinate with APSS to access Skyward accounts.
