Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and guidance to students, families, staff, and campuses on Bursar policies and procedures.
• Perform in-depth analysis for student accounts and resolve issues.
• Respond to direct requests via telephone, email, and in person.
• Train and coach staff, schedule work, and manage escalated resolutions.
• Prepare reports and analyze student account data to suggest improvements.
