Job summary

You will interact with internal and external departments, third-party servicers, and collection agencies, provide operational support to financial systems, and generate reports for audits and reviews. This is a full-time staff role supporting the Office of Student Accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures student account balances are accurate and reviewed for resolution.
• Analyzes inquiries for student accounts and escalates as needed.
• Generates reports from financial systems for audit, review, or technical support.
• Performs audits of Student Account financial holds impacting student service.
• Assists Director with the bad debt write off process; analyzes account charges and balances for potential write-off per university policy.
• Interacts with external third-party financial systems and collection agencies to ensure policy alignment.
