Florida International University in Miami seeks a service-oriented administrative professional to support Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration and OneStop Enrollment Services. You will represent Student Financial Services in matters requiring policy interpretation and provide accurate account information to students, parents and faculty.
You will analyze past due balances, coordinate with collection agencies, apply payments, and deliver excellent service via call center, email or in person.

Provides the highest level of customer service to prospective and current students, parents and faculty/staff in the areas of, but not limited to: Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration, and OneStop Enrollment Services. Serves as a representative of Student Financial Services concerning issues relating to student accounts that require interpretation of policies, procedures and programs.
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
